Physical trauma and illness can cause lasting changes to daily life, and it is important to seek help.<\/p><p>Interviews are conducted at the Communication Center, but remote interviews are also available.<\/p><p>You can apply for counseling online by clicking the &quot;Apply for Counseling&quot; button above and filling out the application form.\u00a0<\/p><p>You can also request an
