Event."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Tourist Board invites travel service providers and other stakeholders to an event in celebration of Global Accessibility Awareness Day, on Thursday, May 21st, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The event will take place on Teams and will be live-streamed.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/events.teams.microsoft.com\/event\/9dca6f3a-08fd-4990-a595-5966148f545d@764a306d-0a68-45ad-9f07-6f1804447cd4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">It is necessary to register.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the event, participants will gain insight into accessibility issues from two different but very important perspectives\u2014one from the user themselves and the other from a travel service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The keynote speaker is Shane Hryhorec, an influencer. In addition, there will be a talk from Vilborg \u00c1sta \u00c1rnad\u00f3ttir, Marketing and Experience Manager at Sky Lagoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event is part of the Tourism Board&#x27;s initiative to encourage businesses to consider good accessibility in Icelandic tourism.
