Home nursing
The role of home health nursing is to provide education, prevention, and health promotion. These patients are mostly self-sufficient but need support, for example, due to insecurity or anxiety. She also cares for individuals who need specialized nursing, for example, for wound care, and those who require extensive daily nursing care, often several times a day, due to chronic illnesses.
A request for home health care must be submitted in writing by a healthcare professional. Healthcare facilities provide home health care, and information about this can be found on the following pages:
