An accessibility button has been added to the Sjálfsbjörg homepage. It works so that if people want to send suggestions to the municipality's accessibility officer regarding places that need to be made accessible or have their accessibility improved, they click on Access button at the top of the page, select the relevant municipality and enter the message. The message will be sent to the municipality's accessibility officer. It is a good idea to include a photo. Sjálfsbjörg encourages its members to be aware of accessibility issues in their environment and to send feedback to municipal accessibility officers, as all municipalities now have an accessibility officer on staff.
