The New Year's raffle of Sjálfsbjörg National Association was drawn on December 31st. This time, 130 tax-free prizes were offered, with a total value of 28,957,250 million króna.
The sheriff handled the drawing, and the list of winners is published on the Sjálfsbjörg website under „"Lottery".
Prizes can be claimed within one year of the drawing.

For decades, the raffle has been one of the organization's main sources of income, and its success is a prerequisite for Sjálfsbjörg to continue its strong advocacy for the rights of people with disabilities.
Among the things being worked on at Sjálfsbjörg, to make society accessible for all of us, is improved access to universities and higher education, access to tourism services, participation in the "Ramps Up Iceland" project, improved regulations regarding assistive devices for full participation in Icelandic society, and improved access to parking for people with disabilities.
