General P-parking for residents and visitors
A general requirement that apartment buildings have a specified number of designated parking spaces for the disabled.
To request a P-marked parking space at a residence, submit a request to the service center or the municipal social services department. Once permission has been granted, the parking fund will install the sign. For multi-unit buildings, approval from the homeowners association is required, but this is not necessary for a private lot. Homeowners associations pay for the installation of spaces in multi-unit buildings, while the owner pays for the installation on a private lot.
